| I eat 2 eggs each morning in my omelet -- I add 1oz colored peppers, 1oz green onion, 1oz cheddar cheese and top it with 1Tbsp salsa. I never get tired of this because I can vary the taste with different vegetables. Once in a great while I make deviled eggs -- other than that I don't eat that many eggs -- there are too many other things to eat that I don't feel it necessary to eat that many eggs.
