The difference is incredible. MUCH tastier and I've noticed that the hard boiled ones don't seem to have that pungent sulfur odor. These must be much more nutritious too.

These are also very good when/if you can't get to a farm/stand. We have a local brand (Pete & Gerry's) that is cage free, organic with the Certified Humane Raised & Handled stamp on them.

We do eat a lot of eggs on this diet so it makes sense to get good ones.

I eat 2 eggs each morning in my omelet -- I add 1oz colored peppers, 1oz green onion, 1oz cheddar cheese and top it with 1Tbsp salsa. I never get tired of this because I can vary the taste with different vegetables.

Once in a great while I make deviled eggs -- other than that I don't eat that many eggs -- there are too many other things to eat that I don't feel it necessary to eat that many eggs.
