| Thank you all! I do find it easier then I thought, but I do have some challenges as far as cravings go but that is only normal. |

| are you eating sweets? The only time I had any cravings during induction was when I used sweetner, so I stopped and the cravings went away. Congrats on your weight loss this far!! Good luck to you on your journey!

| Congrats on the losses! The cravings never really went completely away for me, but they were way reduced after a few weeks. Best wishes for the rest of your journey
