I checked the Dominos website..there is one carb in each of those wings...how many do you eat for lunch? I know when I eat hot wings, I eat about 10-12 if they are my main meal ...so you might be eating as much as half your daily carb allowance just on wings at lunch !?

(the BBQ wings have 3 carbs each!! )

sausage and peppers can also be a high carb count if it has tomato products in it (& it usually does) ~ my recipe calculated out to 5+ carbs per ladleful (& do I need to say that 1 ladeful would NOT be enough, LOL)

Eating out, veggies are usually your best option because it is harder to sneak fillers and sugars there

Yes I know what it is. I just wanted to know if you knew if there was any sugars and fillers in it. Same with the other stuff you eat.

Are you having at least cups of salad veggies and only one cup other veggies. I cannot tell. What is your fat to protein ratio?

Well some things for you to think about?
I know how hard it can be to keep eating Atkins when busy. So often cooking a head works. Crock pots are good so you can just let stuff cook while you are out and about.
If you look on line you can find the nutritional value, ingredients, etc. of almost all fast foods...here are the ingredients in Dominoes Buffalo wings...looks like loads of sugars and starches in there that could hurt your goals...Domino's Pizza Ingredients Information.

You've lost 12 lb. Realistically, how much do you expect to lose weekly? You averaged 4 lb / week. That's great. I'm lucky if I lose 4 lb body fat in a month!

Having a mini stall after losing so much is perfectly normal... Your body should start losing again soon as soon as it catches it's breath, so to speak... Just be patient and remember your body is the boss... it will lose how much it wants, when it wants... You can help it along by doing your best and just sticking to the plan...

Even though I step on the scale every day I've learned it's a long term thing here and your weight loss so far is excellent! I had a week where I stayed the same but would gain a pound then lose it, etc. It's frustrating but it just means you need to refine what it is you're doing and like the others said look for the true carbs in what you're eating and replace those foods with something better.

When I gave up beef jerky it triggered daily weight loss believe it or not...

Best of luck you're doing great!

I wasn't sure if you were eating hot or BBQ wings, it could have been worse...look at BBQ wings, that will totally blow your mind...lol. I saw the ingredients for KFC Grilled Chicken once, it was so disgusting that it turned me off for good...so many preservatives and other stuff that was completely foreign to me. If I looked at it now I wouldn't be surprised if there were starches, etc. in there as well, although it reads as "0" carbs. I had been picking up a couple of breasts here and there and tossing them into my salad. I was going to post it, but I couldn't find it. It's amazing what they manage to put into what seem to be the simplest of foods. I try and read everything now...or check on the web if I can.

Marcos, you are in Yonker's? How's Van Cordlant park these days? I grew up on the corner of Nagle Avenue and Dyckman st.

Also, I think your goal weight is a bit unrealistic.
