| There is sticky post in the On going Weightloss board about the carb ladder and they list the foods on each rung in it and all. I have to refer it looking beyond rung 4.

I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask. |

| I carry this little card around with me to show to people who say Atkins is bad. It is a nice little visual to use when you read about OWL in DANDR or even on this OWL Ladder post (The OWL Carbohydrate Ladder).
