| I would have to agree..steak with a salad and blue cheese. For steak, I usually have delmonico or Ny strip..or whatever I can find on sale that is decent. |

| This is tough. I really love food and have a lot of favourites. But a nicely marbled rib eye steak with a creamed mushroom sauce is about the perfect food. Chicken wings with blue cheese dip is a close second I also really love the muffin in a minute with some cream cheese and strawberries (one of my favourite OWL breakfasts)

| Ribs in the crock pot. I make my own sauce with carb free catsup, onions,garlic,vinegar,salt and pepper. with coleslaw. |
