Starlted by mirror reflection

For those who are just getting started you will experience this if you become successful and it is so cool.After a substantial wt loss, go to a dept store dressing room which has those different view mirrors and strip.The ones that are kind of a tri fold.It is Shocking.Like looking at another person.I have had my wt down for quite a while but still am taken back by a glance in the mirror.Believe me, you are in store for a pleasant treat.Good luck to all.

I can't imagine how it will feel. Even now just looking in the bathroom mirror I seem to stand and stare, wow you have collar bones, wow your face is glowing and even changing the color pigments it seems to appear, wow, your eyes seems so emphasized now.. so imagine what all I would say to see the full body from every angle (I'm definitely not ready for that yet , but one day)

You'll get there and the trip will be loads of fun.Just take it one meal at a time.I predict a lot of folks will be taking second looks when you stroll by.

I hadn't looked at my self naked since starting and about a month ago I caught a glimpse of myself as I was getting dressed after a shower and I just had to stand there and stare. I was in shock...I looked hot . I now make it a weekly thing...to stop and stare at myself, just taking it all in. It's an amazing feeling.

I was in a store the other day. There was a security monitor hanging from the ceiling of every couple of aisles. I actually stopped and stared because I thought the person I saw had the same dress I had on ... and she did ... it was me. I'm still startled when I see the smaller image of myself ... but at least startled in a good way.
