| Carbs can be the devil lol. But seriously, when I have been on a binge before now, I have gotten those same stomach pains. I call them karma pains. Dr A is punishing me for my ways You're doing well by identifying the problem. The measures you should take are dependant on you. I tend to cheat at work because it would be easier to buy a bag of chips from the vending machine than eat the food I brought to work which has gone kinda warm by lunchtime. How do I get around this problem? I leave every penny at home. I can't buy anything at work that way. I HAVE to eat what I bring with me. I also cheat when I live with my in-laws. Haven't quite tackled this one yet, as I'm going back in a week, but I figure I'm just going to offer to cook for them as much as I can. That way I won't feel obligated to eat what's served to me, plus I can show them the Atkins way

| If you didn't go out of keotsis there is no reason to go back to induction....if you did go out of induction you only have to stay until you get back in -- then go back where you were before. Good luck
