PLEASE SHARE: What Do You Love About The Weight You've Lost !!  1. I can bend over to Tie my Shoe's with ease !! 2. I can Paint & Clip my toenails without holding my breath !! 3. No more High Blood Pressure or Type II Diabete's Meds !! 4. I no longer look like Iam going to have a Baby in my Mid~40's rather than being the Gramy of a 4y/o Granddaughter !! 5. I can wear zipper/button top jeans rather than elastic top one's !!! Yea Me 6. I no longer change Isle's in the Store's so that people that I know don't see me at my larger weight, or I was just staying home all together to avoid panic attack's because of my weight !! 7. I can look at Myself in the Mirror & Store Window's again instead of avoiding them & SMILE at what I see !! 8. I love coming in this forum and keeping my inspiration up, venting my frustrations & getting constructive feedback (even if it isn't alway's what I want to hear) I LUVATKINS !!!
