| Wow!! great losing ![]() I would suggest moving to OWL rung one and adding more vegetables to see if the added nutrition helps (as Dr Atkins suggested in the case of what he called 'ascent weakness') rather than staying on induction longer than the 14 days.

| I was incredibly achy during my first two weeks. I think it's just your body detoxing from the carbs and other offenders in a regular diet. Awesome job!! |

| I'm not sure when exactly I noticed it stopped. Somewhere within the first two weeks or shortly thereafter, I'd say. I stayed on induction for about 2 months. Are you drinking your water? I've noticed that the more water I drink the more cramps I get since it can flush out the nutrients. I take extra potassium in addition to my multi-vitamin and several supplements. |

| yer im drinking plenty of water , i suffered cramps after about 4 to 5 days and i got some calcium ,magnesium and potasium and after a couple of days they stopped ,i will bare with the aches for now as the weight loss is really good im so happy ,3 years ago i was 133kg and i have got to 111kg by eating low fat ,but that is where i have been stuck even with a lot of exercise and atkins has helped me go past that now i,i know it goes against all that has got my weight down but hey if it works im gonna keep on ,i also will stay on induction for a while i think im 105kg now ideally my next goal is 100kg, but i need to keep the fitness up which is hard when i ache but ill just power on through hopefully it will pass |
