| Wonderful post. Getting back takes a lot of comittment. I am estimating maybe 10 times more than starting the first time. I still do not know why. But I agree with you when we do it, we have to focus hard. So thanks for sharing your focus goals. It really helps to me to come here and update my journal. When in trouble or when I start again and need to keep myself straight and narrow (and this happens) that is what I do. The community here is a wonderful support.
