| We have several distance running member regulars on ADBB, who tend to hang out in the exercise forums. If you take a look at some of the discussions over there to see how they fuel themselves for marathons I think you will find some helpful suggestions.

| I know Betty (ttdriver) is a long distance runner. I haven't noticed her around the boards where I lurk but you might try messaging her to get some tips. I believe that it does take time for your body to adjust, but it will adjust and you dont get the energy highs and lows on low carb--you are more evenly fueled. |
