For Those New To Atkins Re: Food Labels & Net Carb's !!!

"0" Carbs does NOT always mean "0"

"Do NOT trust your food labels they are not accurate!!! The FDA allows the Food Companys to round the numbers!!!!

Always double check "EVERY" Food Label or Any foods you eat with another carb counter before you eat Anything & Add it to your Food Journal!!!!!

I have listed 3 free links for you below that alot of us here use. Or you may find & use another one of your own choice.

Fitday also has a version for sale that you may download. You will have to subtract out the fibre from the carbs yourself on both the Online & PC version's to get the net carbs but the info will be easily given to you on the screen.

Believe me when I say I learned the hard way & was way over eating on my net carbs & was not looseing, when I got on board and starting double checking all my foods I the weight started coming off.
