| Eggs have carbs. And mayo is made of egg yolks, so it has some carbs even if it has no sugar added (the store-bought kind often has sugar in it).

| Well, it is a little higher than the Atkins link to carbs for the eggs. The Atkins link is .39 carbs per egg so 4 eggs = 1.56 Fitday raw egg .4 per egg so 4 eggs = 1.5 Fitday cooked egg .6 per egg, so 4 eggs = 2.2 For some reason the Atkins link I printed is not showing mayo, but it does have carbs, even though it may not show on the product label because the serving size is so small.

| jcapulet, Here is another link you can use, Georgiana helped me to find it again. I have way too many helpful links saved up but can never find them!!!LOL. There are also many websites showing carbs, nutrition, etc. I think we will always find them to be a little different in their numbers for some reason. ~Mary
