| I think Diet Coke was one of the most difficult parts of breaking addictions for me ... well close to pizza and fast foods! Every once and a while I will take a sip of my husband's Diet Coke and I can't tolerate it anymore. It fizzes to the point it burns. After I learned that even Diet sodas can trick our sugar craving, I decided I can't do that to myself. Amazing when I think how much of that I drank thinking it was a good decision!

| Ok, I am just silly like this but I saw the post title and thought "free diet coke! Where?" Diet coke used to be one of my addictions. I just stopped buying it. You are doing good. Keep it uip! |

Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day Current weight – 174 lbs. Goal weight - 150 – 160 My personal journey - Before and during - From 400 lbs. to 247 lbs. Not done yet!!! |
