| Good Morning & Welcome to the Weekend to all of my Mini Goal Friend's !!! My Mini Goal's for today are again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to work on a New Recipe I have in mind for Induction Friendly Fibre Filled Flat Bread made in the Microwave. I gave it a try last night, still have a few things to work out & will share as soon as I get it perfect. There will be a Sweet version to have with butter /cream cheese in the Morning or as a Treat & a Savory version to have as a Burger/Sandwitch Bread !!! | Snow ? really Carrie. I am happy enough to just wait for it down here. And it will come. I am going to restrict mindless eating even if it kills me. I am really going to work on that and on adding EVERYTHING to fitday. It helps me be straight and narrow.
