| Personally, I would not take such a supplement unless recommended to do so by a doctor. You get more potassium from foods than from OTC potassium supplements; if you need more, you need a prescription. You should get enough calcium from your diet if you choose foods carefully. My advice would be to see your doctor. Also enter your foods in FitDay and check where you are at with your vitamins and minerals.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | U probably need alot more water esp since u are exercising so much. I, too, suffer from leg cramps sually when i'm dehydrated, but sometimes i can corelate it to certain foods - the best thing for me is Tonic water (sugar free of course). The Quinine in the tonic water addresses the cramp and it's usuallly gone after 2-3 sips. this is a fairly common remedy, several doctors on diferent continents have recommended this to me over the years. God Luck!

| jake it takes awhile for your muscles insulin receptors to adapt and become insulin senseitive when you ate high carbs in the past your muscles insulin receptors became resistant and or also alot of them were removed makeing your muscles even more insulin resistant. but now that your eating low carb atkins your body will start produceing more insulin receptors for your muscles and eventually you will have normal muscles again which are insulin senseitive it wont happen over night i think it takes a good 5 weeks to really notice a differnce and i think it would be geting close too 100% senseitive 2 months down the road YouTube - BODY BY SCIENCE 5 (The Science Of Fat Loss -- Part 1) YouTube - BODY BY SCIENCE 5 (The Science Of Fat Loss -- Part 2) thoughs links explain it abit more |
