Forget about your mind for now. Minds are overrated and get in the way of things sometimes.
Print out the
Induction food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?). Read it.

Then eat foods from that list. DON'T THINK. Keep eating foods from the list. Plan or prep meals ahead of time if possible then you don't have to think about what to eat. As the days go by all of a sudden you'll realize that you are back on track (and maybe have lost some weight too).
Sometimes we think about things too much and end up feeling bad about ourselves or feeling so overwhelmed that we become immobilized. So, sometimes it's better to not think and just do.
