I don't know where you can find soy powder, but it's not an Induction food. This is the list of foods allowed: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)

Soy and soya are two names for the same stuff. Soy it's allowed from OWL Rung 6 on, with the exception of soy cheese (tofu), which can be eaten during Induction (counts as cheese, which is limited to 3-4 oz per day).

when you are at the phase where adding soy/soya flour in recipes is 'legal' do make sure your taste buds can stand the distinctive taste of soy! I bought a giant tub of it to add in OWL rung 6 but after a couple of horrid tasting baking disasters I threw it all away.

I stick to using nut flours and flax meal instead.

In the meantime, you could make Induction-friendly pancakes. There are a lot more pancake type recipes on Linda's site once you start moving up the rungs too.
