| Sounds a great variation!! Remember that the limit for flax (linseed) on induction is only enough to help with any constipation issues, so don't go overboard on it. One or two tablepoons is about the maximum, so you might need to scale down any recipes you use (I have seen muffin in a minute recipes that call for 1/4 cup or more of flax
