The only other sweetener it has is acesulfame potassium. Since you're aware of being careful with your Splenda servings, everything else seems alright. I'm not totally sure how acesulfame potassium affects your weight loss though.

You are limited to 3 sweeteners a day. That's 3 - 8 ounce diet rites daily. But having said that, yes, even Splenda stalls some people. Are you drinking your 64 plus ounces of plain water daily? That is a bigger factor for me than the Splenda in the sodas. You may want to post a menu in the review section too, just to see if you are missing something somewhere.

| I usually drink an 8oz can of diet rite every day since I started. It's been one week and I've lost 10 pounds. I don't think that it has affected my weight loss. Due to the sweetner, I buy the small 8oz cans just to quench the need for fizz.

One of the best things I did was eliminated anything that tasted sweet. Doesn't take long to adjust to it and cravings for something sweet goes away. Plain water, club soda or black coffee is more than enough for me.

Everything in moderation... personally I found that diet sodas, even Splenda friendly Diet Rite made me stall. Besides, all sodas contain carbon dioxide. I figure since my body works to get rid of CO2, maybe putting more into it isn't such a great idea? I still drink diet sodas every once in a while, just not every day and certainly never as a replacement for good old H2O.
