Hello again 
I had surgery at the beginning of august, and just have been recovering. I am losing a lot slower than I would have wanted. I started on July 23rd at 170.4. So I thought I would try atkins again, since I had gained a lot of weight back after graduation. 
That would be AMAZING!!! So hello again!!!
