I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource. Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Mine wasn't really spicy enough to suit, but it was alright - I made it up on the fly based on what I could reach the fastest, LOL! Try this recipe from Linda's Low Carb recipe website - her version, which I am sure is a lot better than my made-up-on-the-spot mix was, uses more spices than I did (which is why I am sure hers is probably better) and is 4 carbs for enough to season 1 pound of ground beef. I'll probably use hers next time myself. Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
