Default Hungry all day

I have been famished all day. Here is my menu so far.

Breakfast
2 cups decaf coffee with 2 TBS heavy cream.
3 pieces of bacon
3 eggs scrambled in a tsp of butter

Lunch
1 cup of lettuce
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup green pepper
2 TBS of ranch dressing
1/4 lb hamburger patty

Morning snack
hard boiled egg

Afternoon snack
hard boiled egg

I have drank 50.7 ounces of water so far.

I feel extrememly hungry. I feel as if I could eat a cow right now. I was the same way yesterday also. This is my 2nd full day of induction. Don't understand why I am so famished.

Any suggestions anyone?

Give it a couple more days. The hunger doesn't subside right away. I went back to induction several days ago and about day 4 was easy for me again concerning hunger. It will go away. It is hard sometimes. Just hang in there! As you already know, it will also get better!!

Thanks Ever! Hope you are doing well. It's been a while since I've been around.

I honestly can't recall ever being this hungry. It sucks!

You're not in ketosis yet, so it's normal to be hungrier than you would otherwise expect. But it should all get better in a day or two. I wouldn't worry about calories at this point.
