| Danke Georgiana.. I'm a newbie and I think my body is still adjusting to low carb eating lifestyle. I wish I could reach my goal just like the others. Well tomorrow is another day, hope to do better.... |

| During Induction I planned every thing that went into my mouth. I would eat about 5 meals (small meals) a day.

| thanks for the tip. ohbehave.. I will do just that from now on..I'm excited to see your progress.. during,and when you reach your goal photos..keep me posted...I've also noticed that we have similar body type.. I'm about 5'2 , currently 163..my goal weight is 120... |
