Plssss..Anybody who's kind enough to give their old DANDR book?

Plssss...Anyone...I'm a newbie. If it's not too much to ask, Is there anyone who is willing to give their copy of DANDR if you have extra or if you're not using it (old or torn will do) It's no longer available here in the Philippines. I have a copy of "The Atkins essentials" and "Atkins for life" but I've read in this board that most of the Atkineers are using DANDR and that the "Atkins for life " is not a weight loss book ...though it is a great book but it's for maintenance....I need to lose weight. I'm 40 lbs overweight...HELPPPPP!

I only have one copy so I cannot give it up...but have you tried amazon.com? They have tons of used copies and ship anywhere in the world. Good luck!

www.half.com or www.amazon.com --- I purchased my book in January from amazon - including shipping I paid right about $5.00 for it (and it was brand new).

Just make sure you are getting the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution --- red or white cover depending on the printing run.
