| Thanks for the suggestions! I'm sure this is not what you meant, but just to make things clear for everyone, Atkins does not cause headaches and being on Atkins will not give one more headaches than he/she had before starting the plan.

| You can also try lavender. Apparently, just smelling it will relieve headaches. Lavender Therapy for Migraine Headaches
