Considering how little weight you have left to lose, I think you should move to OWL now.

Steve,

Would you be willing to post your food with your net carb counts?

I'm wondering how you're getting 20 [net] carbs with the vegetables you mentioned.

Being "stuck" on a weight can be a sign that you should move on to OWL ... waiting for two weeks might be counterproductive.

Adding more carbs could help you with your exercise too. And considering how much you like to do and want to do - you will probably have a high CCLL (carb limit)

It is time to find it now.
Start adding more veggies today

What are the net carb counts of each item?

What are the "2 handfulls of veg" exactly? What kind of vegetable?

Jake, I think what J. asked is if you could list the net carbs in all the foods you are eating. My "handful" is probably smaller than yours, so it's impossible to know how many carbs are in a "handful" of broccoli, cauliflower or salad greens (are these the mixed greens you find at the store or some other salad greens?). Are you measuring what you are eating and counting the carbs? Or are you just eyeballing?

If you are measuring, then it would be useful if you could write something like this:

Code:
Breakfast
3 or 4 slices of bacon 0.0 net carbs
2 poached eggs 0.8 net carbs
1 oz cheese 0.4 net carbs
1 tbsp mayonnaise 0.3 net carbs

Snack
... ... ...
... ... ...
How much cream are you using? What kind of cream is it? Single? Double? Are you measuring it using a measuring spoon or are you pouring straight out of the carton?

The foods you are eating seem to be okay for Induction, but without knowing net carbs and amounts, it is difficult to give any advice.

3 lbs up or down in your goal doesn't make a difference in the strategy you should follow. 7 lbs left to lose is very little for someone who is still on Induction.

How much cream are you using? A tbsp per cup of coffee? And you forgot to count the carbs in coffee.

Without cream and without knowing exactly how big your coffees are, you are eating approx. 9 net carbs, with 3.9 net carbs coming from vegetables. First, your carbs are too low, imo. Second, most (read, over half) of your daily net carbs should come from vegetables.

Definitely! Your health will benefit from extra veggies.
