| I so am! I am about to have breakfast if I can pull myself out of my warm bed. I am planning on having Yogurt with a little bit of prune (yummy Anyway here I go Edit: Well the breakfast surprised me...it was great, a little high on the carbs but I figure it is fine for breakfast. Calories: 401 Fat: 5.3 Saturated: 2.8 Polyunsaturated: 0.0 Carbohydrate: 15.2 Protein: 6.4 Alcohol: 0.0 I took the fiber out because I used custom foods of which fiber isn't listed, but with prunes and oatmeal I know there is some in there.
