I love these two especially. On the keep it simple with foods in the beginning, I've noticed that I don't feel as "light" as I did in the earlier rungs. I think maybe too many recipes (I love to play with recipes). Going back to simpler foods for a bit and saving the elaborate recipes for less often.

On keeping things to yourself...oh yeah! Nobody wants to hear about ANOTHER weight loss program that I'm trying. I figure once I've lost a substantial amount of weight and it really shows, they'll know I found one that works.

Thank you for posting this!!! I am actually one of the ones who sent you a PM asking you for advice and I am defenitely taking every word you say to heart!!
My goal is to get down to 140lb by March!!! Yup thats my goal!! I think having a diet buddy is a great idea! I think i will do some searching on here for someone who needs to lose about 40-50lb! Also keeping in the "DL" is also a great idea!
CANT WAIT TO GET TO BACK IN MY CLOTHES!!!!AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT ME AGAIN!
