thanks! | If the meat is not cured/processed and has nothing added to it (e.g. spices), it has no carbs. An exception are organ meats and (some) shellfish; that's why organ meats, mussels and oysters are limited to 4 oz per day.
Did you check the USDA database? If there are carbs in something, that will tell you. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
And always read the ingredients. If some ingredient has carbs, then the food has carbs.
