| Are you taking any multivitamins besides the supplements mentioned above? Are you taking any rest days in your exercise routine? Is the diet making you feel good otherwise? |

| 2 litres isn't enough water for your body weight. You should be getting around 110 ounces ... or 3.25 litres. More if you're working out. Also ... taking too much over the counter potassium isn't a good idea ... as it can mess up your heart rhythms. Try eating potassium rich foods instead ... such as an avocado. Also ... why not give your body a rest while you get the eating straightened out ... you're changing too many things at once to know what's right or wrong. And ... you don't "gotta go" to the gym at 6 unless you work there and it's your job. You can take a break. Have you posted exactly what you're eating so we can check that you're eating enough food?

You might want to figure out how many calories that is ... and how many net carbs you're eating. Undereating is counter-productive with Atkins. Make sure you get all your water ... then have the "other" drinks!

| >>im sure it is eough food im never hungry>> Not being hungry doesn't mean you're getting enough food. One of the side effects of ketosis is appetite suppressant. Do yourself a favor and calculate how much you're eating in net carbs and calories. I bet you a fiver that you're undereating!
