| 3 ounces of cheddar cheese is 1.09 net carbs (using the USDA). You should be getting MOST of your carbs from Induction vegetables. I just don't see how some tomato and some broccoli and some salad greens is MOST of your daily net carbs. Given your workout routine ... I would try to get as close to 25 net carbs as possible ... with MOST (15 or so) of those coming from Induction vegetables.

| Eat eggs and bacon or bangers for brekkie. On your salads, add radish or cucumber or tomato or peppers--every little bit helps and they all have more nutrition than lettuce alone. With your meat at dinner fry up some peppers and onions early in the week and warm them up with your meat. The fat you fry them in will also help up your kcals. The green tea acts as a diuretic making it even MORE IMPORTANT to drink extra water. Coffees and teas mean you need to add extra water on top of the 2 liters for each cuppa you ingest. Mushrooms, Apple Cider Vinegar, Avocado, Strawberries (rung 4), Tomatoes, Cucumber, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Chard, Bell pepper, Eggplant, Turmeric, Parsley, Spinach, Broccoli, Tuna, Halibut are some high potassium foods to consider. |

| >>bangers f>> In my experience, bangers very often have ingredients like rusk, etc. that would make them not acceptable on Induction ... even until later in OWL. I'm sure that such filler free bangers exist though!

| >>ive managed my 3.5 litres of water today>> Good job! ... of course, you can spread the water throughout the day. No need to get it all in by mid-afternoon!
