| Not really, everyone's weight loss pattern is different. The one truth is that you always seem to lose it from the areas bothering you the least, first. The areas you want to lose the most seem to drag it out til the last. I am guessing that isn't what you wanted to hear but that is the way it seems to go for many of us. (sigh) |

| What Jill said. My upper body is where I lost all my weight it seems. If I don't lose another centimeter or ounce on my upper body, that would be fine with me (especially my chest ). My lower body on the other hand... |

| I lose first in the area I packed the weight on last, which for me is my neck, face, and stomach areas. I mean I gain in my tummy first but after I gain so much weight it packs on in my face and neck. So I do see the losses there first, then it sort of goes all over. I like that I experience loss in my tummy but that is my hard spot. The last thing to go for me is upper body and I always feel like I'm disproportioned.

| I actually lost it in my belly - which was thrilling. I've also noticed my knees - I seemed to have gathered fat in my lower thigh/knee area - and this is smaller. I'm waiting for it to hit my face/neck area

| I've always lost in my face, boobs & butt first......not with Atkins..... I've lost in my stomach (yea), my upper inner thighs and hips

| Mine seems to be taking turns... I measure every couple weeks, and the first time I measured, it came off my neck and my calves, LIKE I CARED as much about those two spots, LOL! Then the next several times, it was all off my torso area from my upper chest to my upper thighs. Measured again a few days ago, and it seems I have now peeled a little off my forearms (I never knew there was any fat THERE) and my calves again in ADDITION to more off the torso. My body parts must be working out some sort of "take turns" system I guess ;-) But overall, the most has disappeared from the front of my torso - chest, waist, hips. I wonder if there is any truth to that old wives tale about how it disappears first from the last place it went on? As in, it comes off in the reverse order of how it went on. That would be an interesting thing to survey... I guess mine is SORT of working out that way, but it's a little harder to tell as my weight has always pretty much spread itself out pretty well. But the last bunch of pounds I do think accumulated almost exclusively on my torso, and that is what is disappearing the most. Hmmm....

| I have lost the weight mostly from my stomach and face,hands and arms alot.The rest of my body has slimmed down alot but those areas I have had the most results.
