| You can put some in scrambled eggs or an omelet or even an egg casserole. You can make a vegetable soup. You can make a stir fry. Bottom line ... it's not Atkins without the vegetables. You don't have to limit yourself to "salad".

| Try eating some garlic dill pickles, fried onions/peppers/mushrooms on your steak, slices of pepper dipped in dressing or a few olives. |

| Georgiana, LOL How about veggies stix with a cream cheese or sour cream dip? Almost any veggie is good with a cheese sauce. Frying up a big batch of onion, peppers and mushrooms is a "go to" garnish for any meat during the week. There are lots of easy ideas. |
