| Since Linda has already given you the nutritional information, I would just enter it as a custom food ... then your "serving" would be equal to the 1 slice. Egg, whole, raw. The good thing about Fitday is that once you have stuff entered, you can then select from the recently eaten foods ... or your custom foods. So once you've looked something up and logged it, you don't have to research it. It's best to use the "raw" version of foods with Fitday ... and the more you use it, the more you'll understand how it thinks. And ... just ask. Odds are somebody has already looked it up and will be more than happy to help you. And ... you won't have to do this forever. Remember ... it's a tool. You could just as easily keep a notebook ... but then you do have re-look things up!

| We didnt all love fitday when we started. As you build up a history it begins to guess so if you eat foods repeatedly it works kind of like intelli-texting on a mobile phone. So it gets easier and easier. If your casserole is something you make a lot, it is worth typing in the ingredients to make it a "custom food" for fitday. I do that with my breakfast too. My usual morning is 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon so I made it a custom food "eggs&bacon breakfast" that way I only have one entry. |

| Oh wow Jill that's a great idea! I'm gonna do that for my eggs/cheese/sausage patty breakfast. I was just going to add real quick that the downloaded PC version allows recipes to be entered and calculated. You can also calculate recipes using MasterCook if you have the software. I have MasterCook version 9 which retails for $18.49 on Amazon (purchased mine for about $10 at a computer store on sale). |

| You can also use Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com ... it's free. You can also use a blank day on the online Fitday to enter a recipe.
