| You should NEVER skip breakfast ... it's the meal that stokes the fire of your metabolism! If you're truly hungry, then you should eat. Sometimes hunger is really thirst ... so you might try having a glass of water and see if that's it. There's also nothing wrong with having a bit of cheese or something before bed.

| You can eat at any time of day or night on Atkins. Just make sure you really are hungry, not thirsty... and if you are... eat! (legal foods, of course)

| I am not much of a breakfast eater myself, I try to get up earlier and then I get hungry before its too late. I snack for lunch and then have an early dinner and then have a snack a couple of hours before bed.
