You can just pan fry them.

What did you want to do with them?

I wanted to seasoned, cook them with some butter and sautee a green bell pepper with them. Hubby didn't want the bell pepper, so now I will use mushroom instead. He likes those the best. Thanks.

Just remember that spices have carbs ... no reason not to use them, just a bit of information.

I like to make a mixture of parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and dried basil. Coat the chops in the mixture and bake.

mmmmmm! Even the non-Atkin'ers in my house love 'em

I have found that I have been more creative since starting this diet. I cook for ten people, and only four are on this WOE, so I try to make things that appeal for everyone! I'd love to hear things that you find! I'm always looking for new ideas!

Okay, that would be great! I already have some things that I have tried. One recipe for dinner is some shrimp large or small, they can be fresh or frozen, but I would say freash is best. Take the shrimp and pan fry them in butter. I use 4tsp add 1tsp of lemon jiuce, cayenne to taste, fresh or dried parsley and a touch of salt! it is so yummy! cook untill shrimp turns pink/red.
