Hello Leah!
You've followed the WOE (Way of Eating) once with great success, but it seems that you didn't make it your WOL (Way of Life), hence regained the weight. Is there any particular reason why you departed from Atkins - perhaps the idea that, since you were at goal weight, you could return to your old eating habits?
One of Steven Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is to begin with the end in mind. So, beyond the number on the scale or clothing tag, what "end" do you have in mind? It's probably good to write down some non-numerical goals (perhaps related to how you want to feel, or what you want to accomplish exercise-wise), because those goals may be what keeps you motivated if you hit one or more plateaus while you lose.
