If you enter custom foods in FitDay, keep in mind that UK labels list net carbs, not total carbs. So if a product has, let's say, 3 g carbohydrate and 1 g dietary fiber on a European label, then it has 4 g total carbohydrate, 3 net carbs and 1 g dietary fiber.
By the way, do you have a copy of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)? Net carbs are explained there...
