Re: I'm confused | | | Thats why I like coming to this forum. There is always someone that has an answer and good advice. I agree I don't think its worth the risk of a stall. So I don't think I will try it. I haven't noticed any real loss at all until just a few days ago. I think sometimes we are the last ones to notice, such is my case. I don't want to slow down my weight loss with a stall like that. As far as mimmicking a certain meal.....I'm sure that all of us have said, man if I could have a bite of that again. Doesn't mean I'm going to have that bite, however if I found something that is close to it in our WOL then I would like to have it, such as the pork rind pizza. I mean how many people absolutely does not want pizza???? I know I know. But I wanted it and found a way to "mimmick" it to satisfy my craving and still be in our WOL. The syrup was an idea that I can say "I don't want nor need that". Its like giving up cokes. I haven't had a single problem about not having them. I don't want nor need them. As always, thank you all for your responses. This is truely a great place to come to when one needs advice. | |
