| Dr. Atkins said to eat when you're hungry. And I think you have more than every right to do so with your little crew keeping you up at all hours. |

| With an infant and a toddler myself, I will heartily endorse satisfying your hunger when it strikes and getting sleep when you can. You have gotta be superwoman, with an infant plus two more under four and another in school! I will say, once I got into the groove of this WOE, I found myself to be far more alert throughout the day. Before I started, I used to *have* to take an afternoon nap to be able to function later in the day. Now I can start my day at 6am (no choice - the toddler is ready to rock and roll when the rooster crows) and end it at 10pm without needing a nap. And that's with waking up at least twice during the night to nurse the baby. It's a HUGE difference from before, and one that I hope you'll be feeling soon! |
