| I would also suggest mentioning it to your Dr. at your next visit. It is also a good idea to elevate your feet when you are sitting down. This helps in circulation. |

| I used to have this if I ate excess sodium and not enough water during the day, but since losing some weight, I don't notice it even IF I eat too much salt and don't drink enough water, which I still try to avoid doing. There is hope, LOL!

| People tend to get edema in their feet and legs more so during the day, especially when standing for long periods of time. During the night, your feet are elevated and helps improve your circulation. Also try to avoid tighter socks or footwear. This helps the problem as well. |

| I am drinking 140 ounces of water per day, minimum. Most days I'm closer to 200+ ounces. My kids even said my legs looked smaller. My legs feel much better. |
