| also you should try and aim for a % of food like 65% fat , 30% protein , 5% carbs eggs are 61% fat so there always a good choice also a large egg has 0.6 net carbs use fitday.com to help with your % dont worry if you go higher than 65% fat going higher fat and lower protein wont hurt your weight loss and can even help it but never go too low of protein and going higher protein and lower fat can slow your weight loss so make sure you keep your fat intake high |

| Actually I will add to what jcapulet said. You should be eating 2 cups of salad veggies and one cup of other allowed veggies a day. Why? because they contain nutrients and fiber you need. You should try to spread them out--don't eat all your veggies at one meal because they will impact your blood sugar more that way.
