I'm on induction since yesterday....I'm going to try this miracle noodle out....will this help me to go to the bathroom easier while on the induction phase?

It is not on the induction list so it is not something we recommend eating on induction. Are you trying to add fibre? You are having a bathroom issue? Constipation? What have you tried so far? Are you eating plenty of veggies?

You can also take psyllium husk to add fiber.
as Liv said, those noodles aren't allowed on induction....only these foods are allowed:

If you have only been on induction for 1 day how do you know you'll have bathroom problems? Eating vegetables (other than just salad vegetables) will help keep you regular, as well as drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily and exercising.
Have you read the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (we refer to it here as DANDR)? If not I suggest you get a copy and read it so you'll know what you're doing while following Atkins and why.
Good luck.
Flaxseed (ground) is induction legal for constipation too... but only the amount needed to "get things moving". Be careful with flax to drink lots of water with it, or it can have the opposite effect.
Spinach is my fav veggie to help jog things into action.

Thank u all for ur help....I know I've only been on it for 1day....I've tried it twice in the last three years and this has happens....I can't take psyllium husks because my epilepsy medicine is time released and the psyllium husk absorbs all of my seizure medicine and this doesn't let the medicine do what it's supposed to do
Maybe you should check with your doctor what would be good for you to take.
I don't need anything (unless I overeat iron meds) the exercise, the veggie and the water is enough. And I am not a huge believer in the needs for fibre.
