Default Brocolli cheddar bake with curri

This has to be my all time favorite.

This recipe is made on a large portion so only have what you are allowed.

3 or 4 broccoli’s, or about 5-6 cups worth

1 can of cream of broccoli soup (or any creamed soup of your choice)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cheddar (or your cheese of choice)

1/4 cup of curry powder

Line the bottom of your baking dish with the broccoli. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients and then toss in with the broccoli ensuring to distribute evenly. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes, or until broccoli’s are tender.

Enjoy!

I would guess that if you wanted to skip the canned soup, you could sub 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, and fresh mushrooms? Does anyone think that would work?
