| You can also grind pork rinds and mix it with the parm. cheese. They turn out really crispy. I never thought about the honey mustard trick! I'll give it a shot.

| I have never tried pork rinds... to tell ya the truth they sound kind of gross but I would def give it a shot? The parmesan turns out really crisp too, my hubby says KFC has nothin on my chicken! LOLOL

| I made these last nigh OMG your right they taste so good, and the honey mustard type sauce. awesome. Thanks for the recipe. I bet it would taste just as good doing veggies too. Fried mushrooms YUMMM

| I used to think my coworker was so strange to use pork rind as a "breading" when she was doing Atkins. Now guess what I'm going to try for dinner tonight. LOL

| i just made these and they were soooo yummy. im just curious (and im sorry to ask but im a terrible cook whos just learning) how much of each did u put in ur honey mustard dip? i screwed mine up terribly i think. before atkins i hardly ever cooked anything! thank you!!!
