| Another idea of noodles is an "egg" noodle. Beat one egg, add a pinch of salt and pepper (I put a pinch of garlic powder). Then butter a microwave safe plate. Pour the beaten egg onto the plate---it should cover it thinly but not too thinly. Microwave it on high for 1-2 minutes or until the egg is completely cooked. Remove the plate from the microwave. Peel off the egg. Then roll it like a jelly roll and slice across for the noodles.

| That soup sounds yummy, and just in time. I have been watching my fiance and kids eat ramon and i am tired of mopping up the drool. Both the zucchini and the egg sound like good ideas, i will have to try them both out. I might add some hot sauce or jalapinos though because i like mine spicy.
