Pork Chops -- Deep Fried | | | I altered one of my favorite recipes that my mom used to make growing up -- tasted fantastic.
Start off with boneless pork chops. Use a pounder to make them extremely thin. Soak them in a mix of 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of water. Next, bread them with grated parmesan. Deep fry until done. Tastes fantastic. This would work well for chicken too, but I think pork tastes better. | | |
