"Breaded" Chicken - better than the real thing!

Dinner last night was chicken breast strips dipped in egg and Parmesan cheese and fried it with mushrooms and that was really good.

So I will have to try it with pork rinds next time. Many thanks

Ok...I tried this the other day and it was just OK.

The next day I decided to try it without the Pork Skins and I used Crushed Bacon Bits instead. I thought the bacon was much better.
