| Make sure you get your water in -- that much flax could really cause havoc in your bowels without enough water. I make sure to drink an extra 32oz when I have a flax cookie and that only has 1tbsp of flaxmeal in it. I only like the flax cookies, I've tried a couple other recipes with flax in them and just don't care for the taste, the texture or color (it's a little greenish in my eyes). On another note, I'm going to try making the revolution rolls again, I had them when I first started and just couldn't stomach them either.....I've changed and so have my tastebuds!!
